Yes, we may be able to stay down for the first couple of holes because we have a strong core, but then here comes that back 9 when now your core is fatigued. Conditioning is another important task to be able to stay down through impact consistently.
This is a series of exercises that can be used to condition the core as well as to prepare the core for play. If you are training at home or in the gym, use no more than 5lbs using a medicine ball, weighted plate or a golf club. Do each exercises for the number of reps
listed then move to the next and then the final exercise.
If you chose to do prior to play, only use your golf club and reduce reps for all exercises to 5 reps and 1-2 sets.
