Ground up Force for Power

Ground up force is a term that we use in explosive athletic sports such as golf. This generator of power is also used in golf to create power and power create speed and speed creates DISTANCE.

This series is designed to help you create the ability to load in the trail leg and pushdown in the ground while rotation of the hips engage to create the “ground up force” to increase your rotational

power through impact.

Step Ups: Seniors, and new individuals  to exercise use 1-2 risers. Back tee hitters use 4-5 risers. Middle tee players use 2-4 risers.

Side Step ups: Seniors, and new individuals  to exercise use 1-2 risers. Back tee hitters use 4-5 risers. Middle tee players use 2-4 risers.
